Night two of four. Friday, September 12, 1969 continued the BG-191 stand at Fillmore West -- Steve Miller Band over the James Cotton Blues Band and Keef Hartley, Randy Tuten's poster carrying the September 11 to 14 dates, with the Thursday opener as the anchor night (per wolfgangs and rockposters). A continuation rather than a premiere, and worth noting mostly for how unremarkable it had become in the best sense: Steve Miller headlining the Fillmore was, by the autumn of 1969, simply what the room looked like.

Verification Notes

antagonist: PASS — bill/date corroborated against chickenonaunicycle per-venue list (refreshed 2026-09-07) plus a second independent source; single-source or wiki-only claims hedged in prose, not asserted. N2 of Sep 11-14 — a continuation, not a premiere.
