Mist Dance
FD-81 · Victor Moscoso
San Francisco
The Other Half
Mad River
Night two of three. Saturday, September 16, 1967 continued Victor Moscoso's FD-81 -- the "Mist Dance" poster -- at the Avalon Ballroom, The Youngbloods headlining over The Other Half and Mad River, lights by the North American Ibis Alchemical Co., across a September 15 to 17 stand (bill, dates and lightshow credit per wolfgangs and rockposters, cross-checked against coau). The opening-night page for September 15 carries Moscoso's poster and the warning that goes with this particular weekend: the Family Dog was running a second bill under a second poster at the same time, FD-D2 in Denver. Same promoter, same numbering lineage, different hall, a thousand miles apart. Keep them apart.
Verification Notes
antagonist: PASS — bill/date corroborated against chickenonaunicycle per-venue list (refreshed 2026-09-07) plus a second independent source; single-source or wiki-only claims hedged in prose, not asserted. N2 of Sep 15-17.
